3、有意向的的投標(biāo)人可從2008年7月26日起8:30~11:30，14:30~17:30（北京時(shí)間，節(jié)假日除外）在江西省機(jī)電設(shè)備招標(biāo)有限公司招標(biāo)四處購(gòu)買(mǎi)招標(biāo)文件，本招標(biāo)文件每套售價(jià)為400元人民幣或60美元（郵購(gòu)須另加：國(guó)內(nèi)50元人民幣，國(guó)外50美元）。招標(biāo)文件售后不退；
4、所有投標(biāo)文件應(yīng)于2008年8月15日9:30時(shí)（北京時(shí)間）之前遞交到江西省機(jī)電設(shè)備招標(biāo)有限公司；
5、定于2008年8月15日9:30時(shí)（北京時(shí)間），在江西省機(jī)電設(shè)備招標(biāo)有限公司12樓開(kāi)標(biāo)大廳（如有變更，另行通知）公開(kāi)開(kāi)標(biāo)。屆時(shí)請(qǐng)參加投標(biāo)的代表出席開(kāi)標(biāo)儀式。

1.Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering Corp.(hereinafter refer to 
tendering agent), on behalf of the Purchaser, invites sealed bids 
from eligible bidders for the supply of the following goods and 
related services needed by Combined Chinese and Western Medical 
hospital of Nanchang City:
Color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus  1 set
1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
 and read the bidding documents at 4th department of Jiangxi M&E 
Equipment Tendering Corp.
2. All those who are willing to participate in the bids are 
kindly requested to contact the Forth Tendering Division of Jiangxi
 M&E Equipment Tendering Corp. to obtain bidding documents between 
8:30~11:30 and 14:30~17:30 (Beijing time) at the following address 
from the date July 25, 2008 (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays 
unavailable), upon non-refundable payment of RMB400 or USD60 for each
 complete set of bidding documents for each IFB. For mail order, an 
extra RMB50 yuan (domestic) or USD50 (abroad) for express mail 
service.
4.Bids must be delivered to Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering Corp. 
before 9:30 on the date August 15, 2008  (Beijing time).
5.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives 
who choose to attend at 9:30 on the date August 15, 2008  (Beijing 
time) at bid opening hall, 12/F of Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering Corp.
