by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home 
and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by 
way of International Competitive Bidding.
1.Name of Products/Equipment, Quantity, and Main Technical Data：
Package 1：
AC dynamometer and measuring control system     1 set  
Package 2：
Exhaust test system for engine jack-horse     1 set  
2.Price of Bidding Documents：Package 1：RMB 800 or USD 100 for each
 set bidding documents. For mail order, an extra RMB60 yuan 
(domestic) or USD60 (abroad) for express mail service.；
Package 2：RMB 600 or USD 80 for each set bidding documents. For mail
