2、有意向的合格投標(biāo)人可從江西省機(jī)電設(shè)備招標(biāo)公司招標(biāo)四處得到進(jìn)一步的信息；
3、有意向的的投標(biāo)人可從2004年6月17日起8:30~11:30，14:30~17:00（北京時(shí)間，節(jié)假日除外）購(gòu)買招標(biāo)文件。本招標(biāo)文件售價(jià)為400元人民幣或50美元（郵購(gòu)須另加：國(guó)內(nèi)80元人民幣，國(guó)外50美元）。招標(biāo)文件售后不退；
4、購(gòu)買招標(biāo)文件時(shí)，投標(biāo)人必須提交現(xiàn)金1000元的購(gòu)買招標(biāo)文件保證金，保證
金在開標(biāo)后如數(shù)退還。購(gòu)買了招標(biāo)文件因故不能參加投標(biāo)的投標(biāo)人，須在開標(biāo)前
5個(gè)工作日前以書面形式通知招標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)，否則，招標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)將不退還其保證金；
5、所有投標(biāo)文件應(yīng)于2004年7月7日9:30時(shí)（北京時(shí)間）之前遞交到江西省機(jī)電設(shè)備招標(biāo)公司；
6、定于2004年7月7日9:30時(shí)（北京時(shí)間）在江西省機(jī)電設(shè)備招標(biāo)公司12樓開標(biāo)
大廳（如有變更，另行通知）公開開標(biāo)，屆時(shí)請(qǐng)參加投標(biāo)的代表出席開標(biāo)儀式。

1. Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering Corp.( hereinafter refer 
to tendering agent), on behalf of the Purchaser, invites sealed bids 
from eligible bidders for the supply of the following goods and 
related services needed by Jingdezhen No.1 People Hospital :
Color Doppler Ultrasonic Wave Diagnostic Apparatus  1 set
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information 
and read the bidding documents at the Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering Corp.
3. All those who are willing to participate in the bids are 
kindly requested to contact the Third Tendering Division of Jiangxi 
M&E Equipment Tendering Corp. to obtain bidding documents between 
8:30~11:30 and 14:30~17:00 (Beijing time) at the following address 
from the date June 17, 2004 (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays unavailable), upon non-refundable payment of RMB400 or USD50 for each
 complete set of bidding documents for each IFB. For main order, an extra RMB80 yuan (domestic) or USD50 (abroad) for express mail service.
4. On the time purchase the bidding documents, the bidders
 must be delivery RMB1000yuan for bid security. the bid security will 
be discharged upon the Bidder on the opening of bids. You tell me 
before 5-days at the opening of bids. In case of , the bid security 
may be forfeited.
5. Bids must be delivered to Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering 
Corp. before 9:30 on the date July 7, 2004 (Beijing time).
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ 
representatives who choose to attend at 9:30 on the date July 7, 2004
 (Beijing time) at the meeting hall, 12/F of Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering Corp.
