2、 招標(biāo)文件售價：每套500元人民幣或60美元（國內(nèi)郵購須另加60元人民幣，國外郵購須另加50美元）。
3、 購買招標(biāo)文件時，投標(biāo)人必須提交現(xiàn)金3000元的購買招標(biāo)文件保證金，保證金在開標(biāo)后如數(shù)退還。購買了招標(biāo)文件因故不能參加投標(biāo)的投標(biāo)人，須在開標(biāo)前5個工作日前以書面形式通知招標(biāo)機構(gòu)，否則，招標(biāo)機構(gòu)沒收其保證金。
4、 購買招標(biāo)文件時間：即日起，每天8:30~11:30，14:30~17:00（北京時間，節(jié)假日除外）。

2.price of bidding document: a non-refundable payment of RMB 500 or USD 60 per set, an extra RMB 60 (domestic) or USD 50 (abroad) for express mail service.
3.On the time purchase the bidding documents, the bidders must be delivery RMB3000yuan for bid security. the bid security will be discharged upon the Bidder on the opening of bids. You tell me before 5-days at the opening of bids. In case of , the bid security may be forfeited.
